Selection Process
- Percentage basis merit (Class IV only up to 65 marks or 85 percent). Skill Test, Interview or Computer Based Skill Test (20 marks – at least 30 percent required).
- Experience marks: NHM (3 years, maximum 15), rest (2 per year, maximum 10), Mitanin (4 years, maximum 20).
- COVID bonus: 10 marks for 6+ months of service in CG Govt health facilities.
- Final selection will be based on merit list (combined); a waitlist of 100 to 200 percent of vacancies will be prepared.
