National Health Mission (NHM), Mumbai has announced the NHM Community Health Officer Recruitment 2025 for qualified Indian nationals with BAMS, BUMS, B.Sc. Nursing, or B.Sc. Community Health. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications, age limit and Maharashtra domicile, are invited to apply online only by the last date as per the short notification.     • BAMS (Ayurveda) with completed internship & valid NMC/ MCIM registration OR
    • BUMS (Unani) with completed internship & valid NMC/ MCIM registration OR
    • B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university with valid Nursing Council registration OR
    • B.Sc. in Community Health from a recognized university with valid registration
  • Domicile:
    • Must be a domicile of Maharashtra
    • Candidates from 865 Maharashtra-Karnataka border villages with Marathi as mother tongue are eligible (with 15-year residency proof)

Applications may be made on the official National Health Mission (NHM) Maharashtra site. They would have to apply, complete personal and education information, upload the necessary documentation and pay the necessary fee before the deadline. All information given by the applicants should correspond to his or her official records otherwise he/she may not pass the verification process.

Applicants should hold BAMS, BUMS, B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. in community health degree in a recognized institution. They should also be of the internship and be duly registered by the corresponding council. The Maharashtra domicile certificate is compulsory.

The minimum age criterion is 18 years, whereas the maximum age criterion is 38 years in the open category. The eligible groups that can do the relaxations include reserved categories, PwD, ex-servicemen and other deserving groups according to NHM Mumbai guidelines.
