Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has published NHPC Director (Personnel) Recruitment 2025 to appoint eligible Indian nationals as a Director (Personnel) in NHPC Limited, a Schedule ‘A’ Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) of the Ministry of Power. It is one of the PSU Government jobs in India. All such deserving candidates who possess the required qualifications, experience and skills are invited to apply online on or before November 11, 2025. Selection Process

Graduates with a good academic background. Candidates possessing an MBA/PGDM or HR stream degree with a minimum five years’ work experience in HR, personnel or industrial relations in well-reputed organizations are desirable. Service should be continuous in CPSEs, State PSEs, Central Government, banks or private sector organizations with the specified turnover.
The selection is carried out on an interview by PESB. Shortlisted individuals are screened keeping in view qualifications, experience, leadership and familiarity of HR. ACRs and vigilance profiles are also viewed. Merit and suitability are the final criteria of selection.
