NLC India Limited, which is a “Navratna” Public Sector Enterprise, that operates under the Ministry of Coal has published a recruitment notice for Graduate and Technician Apprenticeships 2025-26. Interested applicants who have a Graduation/Diploma in relevant fields of study (obtained between 2021 – 2025) are encouraged to submit applications via the NLC India website by January 2nd, 2026. Pay Scale
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 15,028 per month (Rs. 4,500 under DBT scheme)
- Technician Apprentice: Rs. 12,524 per month (Rs. 4,000 under DBT scheme)
Selection Process
- Selection will depend on the percentage of marks achieved in the qualifying Degree/Diploma.
- Marks are to be calculated based on the existing practice followed by the respective University/ Institution.
- In case of CGPA/Grades, conversion to percentage will be based on the University/Institution’s procedure.
- If no conversion scheme is adopted, then percentage will be calculated as per the guidelines set forth in the standard Apprenticeship Act.
- In case of tied scores, emphasis will be given to the candidate who is earlier in date of birth.

- Fill out the application form accurately and submit online.
- Print the registration form.
- Submit the signed registration form along with xerox copies of the required certificates (Degree/Diploma, Marksheets, Community Certificate, Aadhaar etc.) to: The General Manager, Learning & Development Centre, Block-20, NLC India Limited, Neyveli – 607803 on or before January 09, 2026 (5:00 PM).

Navratna PSU in the ministry of coal, NLC India Limited has declared that they are offering graduates and diploma graduates an opportunity in apprenticeship in various fields. The program has a stipend of one year and training. Applications may be made online by January 02, 2026 by candidates in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala and Puduchery who passed between 2021-2025.
The applicants should possess a full-time bachelors or diploma in engineering, technology or in other related directions as medical lab technology or hotel management. They are required to be qualified between 2021 and 2025. Also, the candidates should be members of the designated southern states or Puducherry and must not have received apprenticeship training previously.
It is a case of pure merit selection. The ranking will be based on the percentage of the marks obtained during the qualifying degree or diploma. Whereas in case of CGPA or grades, the conversion into percentage will be according to the rules in the institution. In case two candidates have reached an equal percentage, the one born earlier will be preferred.
