The Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) has released a notice for the NCS, NPS & Allied Services Examination 2025-an excellent opportunity for aspiring candidates looking for Government PSC Jobs in Nagaland. Eligible candidates must apply online before November 12, 2025, if they hold a bachelor’s degree. Candidates should also ensure to meet other eligibility criteria such as age limit (21–32 years), reservation norms and physical standards. The selection includes Preliminary, Mains and Interview stages. Successful candidates will be offered an appointment in various departments across Nagaland.

Selection Process
- Prelims: Only one objective type paper in General Studies for screening candidates for Mains.
- Mains: Long descriptive papers in relevant subjects after which the candidates exercise the post-preferences once the result is declared.
- Document verification: Once the candidates qualify for Mains, they must submit the attested photocopies of all required certificates (educational, age proof, caste, PwBD etc.) immediately after the results.
- Interview/Viva-Voce: This entails a personal interview to assess the candidates’ suitability, personality and knowledge.
- Original documents must be produced at this time.
- Final Merit List: Selection to be made on the basis of combined performance in Mains and Interview, subject to reservation policies, medical/physical standards (for uniformed posts) and verification of eligibility.

- Read the complete notification and ensure that you satisfy the eligibility criteria of reservations and required certificates.
- You can begin the application process through the “Apply Online” link, which will only be available from the October 30, 2025.”
- Fill in the required details accurately, including Date of Birth and post preferences (post preference exercised after Mains declaration).
- Upload necessary documents if required at this stage (full documents needed post-Mains for Interview).
- Follow the instructions given to make an online payment of application fees.
- Submit your application before the last date with a final review done.
