Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), a State University under the Government of NCT of Delhi, has announced the NSUT Faculty Recruitment 2025 for Assistant Professor and Associate Professor positions in various engineering departments. Selection Process
- Screening of applications based on academic record and experience (Table-A: 100 marks).
- Written Test (mandatory for Assistant Professor only).
- Interview including Teaching Aptitude Assessment (TAA).
- Final selection based on 50% Table-A score + 50% Interview/TAA score.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/OBC/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Shortlisting ratio: ~12 candidates per first post + 5 per additional post.

- Apply online in prescribed format via NSUT website http://www.nsut.ac.in from October 6, 2025 to November 11, 2025 midnight.
- Submit separate online applications for each post with requisite fee.
- Take printout of filled online application after final submission.
- Send hard copy of printout along with self-attested copies of relevant documents/annexures by November 26, 2025, 5:00 PM.
- Arrange documents as per checklist order with page numbers and tick marks.
- Superscribe envelope with post applied for, name, Applicant ID, category, address and mobile no.
- Address hard copy to The Registrar, Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Azad Hind Fauj Marg, Sector-3, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078.
- Pay non-refundable fee online: Rs. 2000 for Gen/OBC/EWS, Rs. 1000 for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Ensure valid email ID for communications; no changes allowed later.
