Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has put Odisha Civil Services Examination 2025 to recruit candidates to 465 vacancies in different Group-A and Group-B services and this has provided excellent opportunities among State Civil Service jobs in india. The applications can be done online between January 20, 2026 and March 07, 2026 to invite prospective candidates who have the necessary qualifications. Make sure that you have the eligibility measures such as education level, age restriction and Odia knowledge. The selection will be done based on Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Personality Test/Interview.

- Group-A Posts: Rs. 56,100/- in Level-12-Cell-1 of Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017.
- Group-B Posts: Rs. 44,900/- in Level-10-Cell-1 of Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017.
Selection Process
- Preliminary Examination will be done where candidates will go through a screening test to narrow down on applicants.
- The successful applicants undergo the Main Written Examination, which is a test of knowledge and analytical skills in subjects.
- The successful applicants come to have the Personality Test / Interview where communication abilities, leadership and appropriateness are tested.
- Document Verification: Once applicants have been interviewed, certificates, proofs of age and other documents of eligibility must be verified.
- Lastly, an appointment is made by a merit List which will be prepared on performance in written exam and interview.

- Visit the official website of Odisha Public Service Commission at https://opsc.gov.in.
- Carefully read the complete Advertisement No. 05 of 2025-26 and detailed instructions before proceeding.
- Select the “Apply Online” option on the homepage once the application period begins.
- Create an account whereby simple details are entered to create a Registration ID and Password.
- Enter the Online Application Form with the credentials generated.
- Enter all the personal, educational, and other necessary information in the appropriate fields without errors.
- Insert the scanned copies of recent passport-size photograph, signature and the certificates/documents mentioned.
- Make the examination fee (where applicable) via the online payment gateway (excepted in the cases of SC/ST/PwD candidates).
- Before submitting the application form, make sure to go through it to verify that all the information is properly filled.
- Send the received Online Application no later than March 07, 2026 (5:00 PM) and print out the completed form to be used as a reference later.
