Selection Process
- A merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination, factoring in applicable reservations.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification.
- Appointment as an Apprentice Trainee will be confirmed only after successful document verification and contract approval on the NATS/ NAPS portal.
- In case of equal marks, preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications or higher marks in preceding qualifications.

- Navigate to the HR → “Recruitment” section and select “Engagement of ACT Apprentices – 2025-26”.
- Read the full notification and make sure you meet the eligibility criteria.
- Click “I accept” and proceed to the “Apply online” link to fill out the application form.
- Select the posting area (Trombay or Thal) from the dropdown menu (non-transferable).
- Upload a scanned passport-shaped color picture (K75 KB, .JPG/.JPEG) and signature (K25 KB, .JPG/.JPEG).
- Fill in the required details accurately and submit the application form.
- Take a printout of the full application form for future reference (at the time of joining or if required when shortlisted).
