Railway Recruitment Boards have referred to CEN 05/2025, which will be for filling the positions of Junior Engineers (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant (CMA) in Indian Railways. Eligible Indian candidates with necessary Diploma/B.Sc./B.Tech qualifications should apply online from October 31, 2025 to November 30, 2025. The selection will be done through CBT-1, CBT-2, Document Verification and Medical Exam. In his or her selection, he or she can be posted in any of the 21 RRBs as well as Railway Zones/PUs. Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT 1): The first stage examination conducted online to shortlist the candidates for the next stage of the selection process based on qualifying marks.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT 2): The main examination to judge the candidates on their technical knowledge, aptitude and understanding of the core subject for the preparation of the final merit.
- Document Verification: Candidates qualifying in CBT-2 will have to bring their original certificates, mark sheets, identity proofs and any other required document for verification.
- Medical Examination: The qualified candidates who have been medically fit will be examined for medical fitness as per the physical and visual standards prescribed for the respective posts.
- Final Merit List: The final selection will be made on the basis of marks secured in CBT-2 and successful completion of document and medical verification.
