Selection Process
- The recruitment will involve Computer Based Test (CBT) and Coaching Ability Test (CAT).
- CBT is 40 weighted and it examines sports specific knowledge, sports science and general aptitude.
- Shortlisting on CAT is 1:3 on the basis of performance of the candidates in CAT at the level of each sport and the category.
- The weightage of CAT is 60 and it evaluates coaching skills in practice and the applied leadership skills.
- The short-listing of the final merit list will be done based on the combination of the CBT and CAT scores, but with minimum qualifying criteria.
