The Office of the Collector (Women & Child Development) at District Janjgir-Champa (Chhattisgarh) has republished the advertisement for the recruitment of service providers under Mission Shakti (Sambal Sub-Scheme) for one-stop centers called the “Sakhi” centers. In total, 08 posts will be filled from offline applications on a contract basis. Selection Process

• The Sakhi One Stop Centre Recruitment in 2025 would follow some clear stages in order to secure a just and transparent process.
• The committee shall first go through all the received applications carefully to see that all applicants have met the eligibility criteria and submitted all requisite documents. Thereafter, the panel shall shortlist candidates on the basis of their qualifications, relevant experience and suiting the very needs for which the posts were advertised.
• In case the number of applications is far too high, the committee may yourselves conduct a written test for assessing each of the applicant’s jobs knowledge and aptitude.
• The short-listed candidates would then be called for a personal interview in which the panel would assess their communication skills, their awareness about the women welfare programs and of course, their personality.
• At last, the committee will create a merit list based on the performance in all stages and release appointment letters after document verification of the selected candidates.

• Separate forms for each post should be filled in block letters with black/blue pen, affixing a recently-taken passport-size photograph and self-attesting photocopies of proof of age, educational and experience certificates, Chhattisgarh domicile, caste certificate (if applicable), affidavit of not having a criminal record and marriage-age affidavit on Rs. 50/- stamp paper (notarized).
• Finished work should place all these documents in a sealed envelope, clearly mentioning the post applied for and shall send it by Registered Post, Speed Post or Courier to the Office of the Collector, Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh.
