The State Rural Employment Society – District Implementing Division (SRES-DID), under the Community & Rural Development Department, Government of Meghalaya, has announced the SRES-DID Meghalaya Recruitment 2025 for multiple contractual positions. Eligible candidates must apply by 15th April 2025, ensuring they meet the required educational qualifications, age limit and experience. Eligibility Criteria for SRES-DID Recruitment 2025

Post Name	SRES-DID Meghalaya Recruitment Eligibility
Thematic Expert (DPRC-RGSA)	Master’s degree in RDAP, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, Social Work or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in the Rural Development sector, specializing in training and implementation of development programs.
IT Manager (DPMU-RGSA)	MCA / M.Sc. IT or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
Programme Assistant – Training Manager (BPRC-RGSA)	A postgraduate degree in Rural Development, RDAP, Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Agriculture Economics or a related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in rural development, community engagement or related sectors.
Additional Programme Officer i/c CL & IBP (MGNREGA)	Master’s degree in Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, Social Work, Sociology, Economics or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Rural Development, Community Mobilization, Institutional Capacity Building, Gender Sensitization and Training for effective implementation of Rural Development schemes.
IT Professional (PMAY-G)	BCA / PGDCA / Bachelor’s in Computer Application from a recognized university. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT / e-Governance related fields.
