Physical Standards
- Minimum height: Male – 170 cm, Female – 157 cm; Chest: 81–85 cm for male candidates (expandable).
Medical Standards
- Sound health, free from disease, defect, or deformity.
- Vision: Better eye 6/6 without glasses, worse eye 6/36 corrected to 6/9 or 6/12 without glasses. Candidates must be free from color blindness.
Selection Process
- Final Merit List and Reserve Panel: According to CBE marks and bonus/incentive marks (e.g., NCC, RRU degree), a 15% reserve panel is maintained.
- Computer-Based Examination (CBE): 100 questions, 100 marks, 90 minutes; negative marking 0.25.
- Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE&MT): Qualifying; endurance and physical measurement tests.
- Trade Test: Qualifying; assessment of message transmission/reception and dictation skills.
- Proficiency in Computer Operation: English word processing speed and MS Office tasks.
- Document Checking and Medical check: These are done during PE&MT.

- In the first step, go to the section of Recruitment and find the notification of the Constable (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police Examination, 2025.
- Check through the entire notification and ensure that you have the eligibility requirements to be an Indian Police Officer.
- Register on the SSC site under One-Time Registration (OTR).
- Clicking on the Apply Now link will initiate the online application process.
- Complete the necessary information in the application form correctly.
- Upload a live photograph (without cap/spectacles, full frontal view) and scanned signature (10–20 KB, 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm).

FAQs
The candidates must be Indian citizens between 18 and 27 years old on July 1, 2025. The candidates must have successfully passed 10+2 with Science and Mathematics or the NTC course of Mechanic-cum-Operator Electronic Communication System. The candidates should also be skilled in the use of the computer, word processor, and MS Office. Age relaxations are given to SC/ST, OBC, departmental applicants, widows/divorced women, sportspersons and Ex-Servicemen.
The recruitment procedure has a Computer-Based Examination (CBE), Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT), Trade Test, Proficiency in Computer Operation, Document Verification, and Medical Examination. Marking CBE represents merit, whereas PE&MT and Trade Tests are qualifying. The bonus marks of NCC certificates and RRU degrees are also taken into consideration during final selection. The reserve panel of 15 percent candidates will be kept in reserve in case of any future vacancies.
