SSC Sub-Inspector Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 3073 Posts
The Government of India has announced the Sub-Inspector in the Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) Examination 2025 through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). This will be a great chance to eligible Indian nationals to be recruited as Sub-Inspectors in the Delhi Police and the several CAPFs. The next round of application is done online between 26 September, 2025 and 16 October, 2025. Such Latest SSC Jobs require the candidate to meet the eligibility criteria such as education qualification, age limit and physical standards. The process involves a Computer-Based Examination, a Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Detailed Medical Examination (DME).

Eligibility Criteria for SSC Recruitment 2025

- Go to the SSC official site at sssc.gov.in or through the mySSC mobile app.
- Go to the Latest Notifications and find the “Notice of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2025”.
- Carefully read the entire notification and make sure that you are eligible.
- Register on the SSC site by completing the One-Time Registration (OTR) in case not registered.
- Log in with your Registration Number and Password and then the link to apply.
- Carefully complete all fields in the online application form with accurate information.
- Upload a live photograph (without cap/ spectacles, full frontal view) and a scanned signature (10-20 KB, 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm in JPEG format).

The candidates should be Indian nationals or subjects of Nepal/Bhutan possessing valid eligibility certificates. The applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Male candidates of Delhi Police must possess a valid driving license of LMV (motorcycle and car) during the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test. The age ranges between 20 and 25years with relaxations of reserved categories and departmental applicants.
The process is a multi-stage one which includes Paper-I (Computer-Based Examination), Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Endurance Test (PET), Paper-II and Detailed Medical Examination. The shortlisting of candidates depends on the normalized scores in written exams and PST/PET is qualifying by nature.
