The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has issued the official announcement of this exam, the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Examination 2025, under Advertisement No: A-8/E-1/2025. How to Apply for Assistant Prosecution Officer Examination 2025
- Go to the website of UPPSC at https://uppsc.up.nic.in or https:otr. pariksha.nic.in.
- Go to the “Notifications/Advertisements” section and find the notification named Assisting Prosecution Website Officer Examination.
- Check the entire notification in order to be eligible.
- Obtain an O.T.R. number from https://otr.pariksha.nic.in at least 72 hours before applying.
- Click on the “Apply” link and follow the four-stage application process:
- First Stage: Authenticate with O.T.R. number (via OTP or password) and fill in essential qualifications.
- Second Stage: Submit address details and preferential qualifications via the Applicant Dashboard.
- Third Stage: Pay the fee through SBI MOPS (Net Banking, Card Payments or Other Payment Modes). Print the Payment Transaction Slip.
- Fourth Stage: Review and print the completed application form for future reference.
- Upload required documents (photograph, signature, certificates).
- Pay the application fee as per your category.
- Review and submit the application.
- Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.

Candidates may apply online on the official UPPSC portal on the One Time Registration (O.T.R.) system. Make sure that you submit an O.T.R. number, fill in all the necessary information, send the relevant certificates and make a payment before 16th October 2025.
