How to Apply for UPSC EPFO Recruitment 2025
- Apply online only through the official UPSC website: https://www.upsconline.nic.in
- Read the detailed instructions for filling the online application available under “Instructions and FAQs” on the Commission’s website.
- Upload your photograph as per the specifications mentioned in the “Instructions to upload documents” section.
- Provide a valid and active email ID as all communications from UPSC will be made via email only.

Selection Process
- The selection will be based on a Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) followed by an Interview.
- CRT will be an Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions) test of 2 hours duration.
- The test will be conducted in English and Hindi languages.
- Negative marking of 1/3rd will be applied for each incorrect answer.
- Weightage of marks: CRT – 75%, Interview – 25%
- The CRT syllabus includes General English, Indian Culture, Constitution, Polity, Governance, Economy, Social Security, Labour Laws, Accountancy, Auditing, Insurance, Statistics, Computer Applications, Current Events and Mental Ability.
- Candidates shortlisted based on CRT performance will be called for Interview.
- The minimum qualifying marks in the interview are 50 for UR/EWS, 45 for OBC and 40 for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
- Document verification will be done during the interview; candidates must produce original documents.
