The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC NDA II Recruitment 2025 officially in its fresh notice. The recruitment process is welcoming online applications from eligible unmarried male and female candidates to be admitted to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy (NDA) and the Indian Naval Academy (INA) training program. NDA II 2025 Physical Standards

Candidates applying for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) must meet the prescribed physical standards to ensure fitness for military training and duties. The following physical benchmarks must be fulfilled:

• Running: 2.4 km within 15 minutes
• Skipping: Required
• Push-ups & Sit-ups: Minimum of 20 each
• Chin-ups: Minimum of 8
• Rope Climbing: Ability to climb up to 3.4 meters

Candidates are advised to maintain an active physical regimen to meet these requirements before the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview.

• Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) by visiting the UPSC OTR portal, providing basic details, verifying via OTP (mobile/ email) and setting a secure password.
• Access the UPSC Online Application Portal and choose the application form for the National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (II), 2025.
• Fill Part I of the application form by entering personal details, educational qualifications and selecting your preferred academy and examination center.
• Complete Part II by uploading a recent passport-size photograph, signature, a valid photo ID proof (as per UPSC guidelines) and making the fee payment.
