Eligibility Criteria

Senior Lecturer (In-Service Education, Field Interaction & Innovation Coordination)	Master’s in Humanities/ Social Sciences/ Sciences and M.Ed (preferably in Elementary Education, In-Service/ Distance/ Extension Education) OR Degree/ Diploma in Teacher Education + Distance/Continuing Education. 5 years teaching experience in school/ TEI, including 2 years each in schools and TEIs and at least 3 years in elementary education. Experience in In-Service/Continuing/Distance Education or Educational Extension. Desirable: Educational Innovation, Social Work, Community Engagement. Computer literate and knowledge of English/ Gujarati/ Marathi/ Hindi.
Senior Lecturer (Education Technology)	Master’s in Humanities/Social Sciences/Sciences with M.Ed (specialization in Educational Technology/AV Education) OR Degree in Communication, Mass Communication, Commercial Art, Film/TV, Drama, Engineering, IT, Electronics & Telecommunication or Computer Science. (A) 3 years teaching experience (preferably in elementary school) + 3 years in training/development of educational aids in TEI/SCERT etc. OR (B) 5 years in AV/education program development for children or mass education. Interest in elementary/adult education. Computer literate and knowledge of English/Gujarati/ Marathi/ Hindi.
Lecturer (Curriculum/Material Development & Evaluation)	Master’s in Humanities/Social Sciences/Sciences with M.Ed (specialization in Curriculum/Evaluation) OR Master’s in Child Psychology/ Child Development/ Education + Diploma in Teacher Education OR PhD in relevant fields. 3 years teaching experience in school/ TEI (preferably elementary/ ETEIs). Experience in curriculum/ textbook development or educational testing/ evaluation (preferably in elementary education). Computer literate and knowledge of English/ Gujarati/ Marathi/ Hindi.
