WDCW East Godavari Recruitment 2025 – Apply Offline for 12 Posts
Women Development & Child Welfare Department, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram, has issued the WCD East Godavari Recruitment 2025 notification for various posts under One Stop Center (OSC), District Child Protection Unit (DCPU and Children Home. Eligible candidates who have attained the age of 25–42 years (as on 01/07/2025) can apply from November 28, 2025, to December 7, 2025. Selection Process
- Applications will be scrutinized as per eligibility, qualifications, experience and roster norms.
- Shortlisting of candidates as per merit in educational qualifications and relevant experience.
- Due weightage will be given to candidates who attended the oral interview held on May 24, 2025.
- Personal interview/oral test for final selection.
- Preparation of merit list following rule of reservation and district guidelines.
- Verification of documents prior to the final appointment.
- Orders regarding appointments issued by the District Collector & Chairman, East Godavari District.

- Open the notification entitled “WD&CW Dept-O/o the DWCW & Empowerment Officer Rajamahendravaram East Godavari District-Recruitment of Contract/Part time/Out Sourcing posts”
- Download the prescribed application form attached with the notification.
- Fill in all the details in the given format in the application form neatly.
- Enclose self-attested photocopies of certificates relating to educational qualifications, marks lists, experience, caste certificate (if applicable), physical fitness certificate (where required) and other relevant documents.
- The filled-in application should be submitted in person or by registered/speed post to the Office of District Women & Child Welfare & Empowerment Officer, Mahila Pranganam Compound, Bommuru, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.
- Applications shall be addressed to the office no later than December 07, 2025, by 5:00 PM. No late applications will be accepted.

The candidates shall download the application form from the district website, fill it duly with utmost care and submit it along with all the relevant documents to the DWCWEO Office, Bommuru, East Godavari. All applications should reach well before the closing date. Applications received after the last date shall not be accepted under any circumstances. Offline method alone is permissible for this recruitment process.
Age limits for candidates applying is 25 to 42 years as on July 1, 2025. Upper-age limit can be relaxed by five years in respect of candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC and EBCs, as provided under the general government reservation rules.
No, not all the posts are reserved exclusively for women candidates. Though the posts under the One Stop Center and Children Home sections are strictly reserved for female candidates, the vacancies in the District Child Protection Unit have posts earmarked for male candidates also, like posts of Social Worker and Outreach Worker.
