Posted on: June 26, 2025Hooghly Cochin Shipyard Limited (HCSL) has released the HCSL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025 for talented young engineering graduates across India. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply online from 25th June 2025 to 24th July 2025 for Naval Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical discipline posts. Make sure you fulfill all eligibility conditions such as education, age and reservation status. The process of selection shall be through a written test, group discussion, writing skills and interview. After selection, trainees shall be placed in Howrah, West Bengal.

How to Apply for HCSL Executive Trainee Vacancy 2025
- Visit the official recruitment portal and navigate to the Career → HCSL → E‑Recruitment Permanent Posts section.
- Complete the One-Time Registration process in the SAP Online Application portal.
- Fill out the online application form with accurate personal, academic and professional details.
- Upload scanned copies of your passport-size photograph, signature and supporting documents such as educational certificates, age proof and caste certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 750/- through the available online payment modes (debit/credit card, internet banking, UPI etc.). SC/ST candidates are exempted from fee payment.
- After submission, ensure the application status shows as “In Process” under the “My Applications” section.
- Retain a printout or soft copy of the submitted application along with the unique registration number for future reference.
- Applications once submitted cannot be modified and offline submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
FAQs
Eligible candidates with a full-time degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 65% marks from a known university are eligible to apply online for the 3 positions.
Shortlisted candidates will be given a stipend of Rs. 50,000/-. per month for the entire duration of the one-year training period with other benefits following successful completion.
