IRCON Apprenticeship Vacancy 2025 – Apply Online for 30 Graduate & Diploma Engineer Posts
Posted on: July 16, 2025IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has announced the Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025 for Graduate and Diploma holders in Engineering. The one-year training will be conducted across project locations in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Assam. Selection will be based on merit from qualifying exam marks – no interviews. Candidates must register on the national apprenticeship portal and apply online via the IRCON website from July 15 to July 31, 2025. A signed hard copy of the application must be submitted to the IRCON office by August 10, 2025.

Selection Process
- Based on the Merit List prepared using marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

- Register as a “Student” on the National Apprenticeship Portal.
- Visit the official IRCON website and go to the Careers section.
- Complete the online application form with correct and verified information.
- Upload all required documents, including photo and signature.
- Submit the application form online before the deadline.
- Download and print the submitted application form.
- Sign the printed form at the designated space.
- Send the signed application form along with self-attested documents to the IRCON Corporate Office.
- Ensure the envelope is superscribed with “Application for the Engagement of Apprentices – Advt No. A01/2025”.
FAQs
Candidates holding a degree or diploma in engineering (Civil, Electrical or S&T) are eligible to apply for the IRCON Apprenticeship Vacancy 2025. Candidates should be aged between 18 and 30 years as on July 1, 2025. Only those who completed their qualification in 2022 or later are eligible. Prior apprenticeship or work experience of one year or more disqualifies candidates from applying.
The selection for the IRCON Apprenticeship Vacancy 2025 is purely merit-based. No interview will be conducted. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in their qualifying degree or diploma examinations. Final selection will be subject to verification of original documents and eligibility criteria.
IRCON offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/- for Graduate Apprentices and Rs. 8,500/- for Diploma Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Vacancy 2025. The stipend includes a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) component—Rs. 4,500/- for graduates and Rs. 4,000/- for diploma holders. The training duration is one year and cannot be extended.
