Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, has announced the ESIC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025 for various specialties in ESIC PGIMSRs and ESIC Medical Colleges. Qualified Indian nationals are invited to apply through offline mode by September 15, 2025 (extended to September 22, 2025 for certain remote areas). Candidates must meet the educational qualifications, age limit, and experience requirements. Selection will be based on interviews conducted by the ESIC Selection Board.

Eligibility Criteria for ESIC Assistant Professor Vacancy 2025

| Assistant Professor (Broad Specialties) | MD/ MS/ DNB in the concerned specialty + Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as Senior Resident / Tutor / Demonstrator / Registrar / Assistant Professor / Lecturer in a recognized teaching institution. |
| Assistant Professor (Dentistry) | MDS or equivalent qualification + Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as Senior Resident / Tutor / Demonstrator / Registrar / Assistant Professor / Lecturer in a recognized teaching institution. |
| Assistant Professor (Non-Medical – Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry) | Master’s degree in the concerned subject + Doctorate (Ph.D.) in the same subject + Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as Senior Resident / Tutor / Demonstrator / Registrar / Assistant Professor / Lecturer in a recognized teaching institution. |

- Download the prescribed application form from the official ESIC website at www.esic.gov.in.
- Fill in the application form completely and accurately.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required documents including educational certificates, experience certificates, caste/ disability certificate (if applicable) and a recent passport-size photograph.
- Prepare a Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 500/- (if applicable) in favor of “ESI Fund Account No. 2”, payable at Faridabad.
- Enclose the duly filled application form along with all required documents in a sealed envelope.
- Superscribe the envelope with “Application for the post of Assistant Professor for Medical Institutions.”
- Send the application via Speed Post to the following address: The Regional Director, ESI Corporation, Panchdeep Bhawan, Sector-16 (Near Laxmi Narayan Mandir), Faridabad – 121002, Haryana
