This program provides training on jobs to prepare candidates for soft skills, domain knowledge and real -time work experience, to prepare candidates for career in banking, financial services and insurance sectors.

Selection Process

• Register on the NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in under the “Student Register/Login” section.
• Note the NATS Enrolment ID for future correspondence.
• Refer to the Candidate User Manual at https://nats.education.gov.in/assets/manual/student_manual.pdf for registration assistance.
• Submit district preferences and pay the examination fee upon receiving an email from BFSI SSC (info@bfsissc.com).
• Appear for the entrance examination conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India.
• Answer 100 MCQs on Basic Banking, Investment, Insurance, Quantitative/Reasoning, Digital/ Computer Literacy and English.
• Complete the entrance examination within 60 minutes.
• Participate in remote-proacted exams, using smartphones with front camera and stable internet
• If shortlisted, LIC HFL should participate in document verification and personal interviews in LIC HFL offices.

How to Apply for LIC HFL Apprentices Recruitment 2025

• Register on the NATS portal: go to https://nats.education.gov.in and navigate on the “Student Register/Login” section. Complete the registration process to get your nomination ID.
• Access License HFL Advertisement: After logging in, go to https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php, which is to see the LIC HFL Apprenticeship advertisement.
• Note your enrollment ID: Record your enrollment ID issued by NATS portal; This is necessary for all future correspondence.
• Wait for BFSI SSC email: Candidates who have successfully applied will receive an email from BFSI SSC (Info@bfssc.com), who invite them to provide additional details and pay the application fee.
• Payment application fee: To pay the entrance examination fee by 24 September 2025, follow the instructions given in BFSI SSC email.
• Prepare for entrance exam: The entrance exam will be conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India. Ensure that you have a smartphone with a front camera and a stable internet connection for online remote proposed test.
• Participate in document verification and interview: shortlisted candidates will be invited for document verification and a personal interview in LIC HFL offices.
• Get a proposal letter: Final selected candidates will receive a proposal letter from the license HFL, in which the details of the training branch, stipe and terms and conditions will be given.
• Initial Apprenticeship: Selected trainees are expected to report to the concerned LIC HFL branch for their apprenticeship training program.
