FAQs
Indian nationals who satisfy the minimum educational qualifications, age requirements and experience requirements are eligible. Assistant Manager (E2) applicants should possess 1 year of relevant experience, while Executive (E0) applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience. Final year candidates may also apply if they present a certificate of completion before Stage II.
The recruitment is a 3-stage process which involves the following: Online Examination, Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI). The candidates are then selected and the list is prepared based on the marks obtained in the exam and the performance of the candidate in the GD and PI. The candidates are selected on the basis of the cut-off prepared and a list of candidates is prepared by removing the candidates who do not qualify for any test/ such as Exam/GD/PI. The final merit will be formed of the overall weightage from all the stages as per the official notice.
For Asst. Manager (E2) Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 per month and for Executive (E0) post Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000/- per month. The above posts carry the following scales with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Performance Related Pay (PRP), Superannuation Benefits and other benefits as admissible under the SCI rules.
