Gram Panchayat Sachiv Recruitment 2025 has recently been released by the Office of Zila Panchayat, South Bastar Dantewada (Chhattisgarh) to fill the positions for the local residents of Dantewada district. Selection Process
- The selection committee weighs the merit being, 50 percent weightage is given to secondary higher marks and the committee also gives one mark per completed year of experience as a Rozgar Sahayak capped at five marks.
- For other degrees, candidates will earn marks additional to the 5 marks allowed for Graduates and 5 marks for Postgraduates, up to a total maximum of 10.
- The Computer Skills test carries 25 percent weightage.
- Candidates also awarded 10 marks for passing a PG Diploma in Rural Development.
- Hence, any further qualifications would qualify for extra consideration in determining the final merit score while granting skill-based consideration.

The eligible applicants must be local residents of the district of Dantewada and have passed Higher Secondary Board examination at the minimum. In addition, applicants must possess at least a one-year diploma in Data Entry or Programming from an accredited institution. As for the age limit, applicants must be between 18 and 35 years in accordance with government rules.
