Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is a Govt. of India Undertaking and Maharatna Company with its headquarters located at Bhopal which has recently posted announcement of the Apprentice Recruitment 2025 announced under the MP Domicile postings. This comprises Advt No. 02/2025 Graduate/Diploma Apprentices (B.E./B.Tech./BBA/Diploma holders) and Advt No. 01/2025 ITI Trade Apprentices both are required to serve a 1-year period of training in the 2025-26 batch under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (Amended 1973). Applications are accepted online till December 24, 2025 to qualified candidates that have the necessary qualifications. The successful applicants will be offered stipends according to the norms and will be trained in BHEL Bhopal. Pay Scale
- Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 12,300/- per month
- Technician Apprentices: Rs. 10,900/- per month
- ITI Trade Apprentices: As per GoI Gazette Notification G.S.R. 610(E) dated 03.09.2025 (Ministry of Skill Development). No other allowances.
Selection Process
- The candidates need to register first on the NATS portal before proceeding to submit their applications online through the official BHEL Bhopal careers website by the last date.
- The applicants must dispatch the required self-attested documents and acknowledgment slip to the specified postal address before the deadline.
- All applications received will be verified for eligibility based on educational qualifications, domicile rules and other eligibility criteria.
- A merit list will be prepared exclusively with reference to the scores secured in BE/ B.Tech/ BBA/ Diploma/ ITI (as applicable).
- The final selection will be posted on the official website of BHEL Bhopal and the selected candidates are required to follow instructions as per joining and verification including submission of medical fitness.

Send only via normal post.

FAQs
Only those candidates, who are domicile of Madhya Pradesh and have passed B.E./B. Tech./BBA, Diploma or ITI in the relevant discipline. Candidates who have passed their Degree/ Post-Graduate Degree in 2023 or later, without having undergone apprenticeship training or having experience of more than one year, may be eligible. Candidates should have the minimum prescribed academic qualification, age limit and fulfill the other eligibility criteria as per the detailed advertisement.
The tenure of the training will be one year as per Apprentices Act 1961 (Amended 1973). Only selected candidates shall get on-the-job training in their respective trades/ disciplines. The training shall be provided for acquiring skills and shall not guarantee employment in BHEL subsequently.
The selection is strictly based on merit; that is, by their score marks obtained from the qualifying test- B.E./ B.Tech./ BBA/ Diploma/ ITI. In the case of a tie, the candidate securing the highest score from 10th standard or older will be chosen. Candidates in Reserved categories and sons and daughters of BHEL employees may receive applicable relaxations. The final list of selected candidates is prepared based on the number of vacancies.
