Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH), Paschim Bardhaman, has also announced that under the XV Finance Commission Health Grant, some posts at Urban Health and Wellness Centres (U-HWCs) and Polyclinics in Asansol Municipal Corporation and Durgapur Municipal Corporation can be contractually recruited. The eligible Indian nationals are to apply online on the West Bengal Health portal by December 29, 2025. It is a good chance of getting Government Medical Jobs in India. Selection Process
- Applications on the internet are filtered to ensure qualification by the content of the information provided and credentials.
- Shortlisting and mandatory document verification is done to shortlist the eligible candidates.
- In Counsellor posts; shortlisted candidates are presented with a written test (50 marks).
- Assessment is done on a proportional basis using academic marks, relative experience and preferential basis (where applicable)
- The District Level Selection Committee (DLSC), Paschim Bardhaman decides on the final merit list that is final.
