Selection Process for CEL Recruitment 2026
- CEL Graduate Engineer Trainee Recruitment and Management Trainee Selection Process:
- Written Examination (Weightage: 85%) and Personal Interview (Weightage: 15%).
- The Deputy Engineer and Personnel Officer selection method consists of a Written Examination with 70% weightage and a Personal Interview with 30% weightage.
- CEL Non-Executive Operator and Clerk Vacancy merit is decided in the following ways: Written Examination (60% weightage) and Trade Test (40% weightage).
- DGM and Sr. Manager jobs include the process of shortlisting the applications, which is followed by a straight Document Verification and Personal Interview process.
- A minimum of 50% marks is required in the Written Exam (40% marks in non-executive positions) in order for the Govt jobs in UP aspirants to progress to the next stages of the interview process/trade tests.
- The final selection of all categories is dependent on the result of the Document Verification Process and the Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
