• Download the Offline Application Form template (on page 5 and 6 of notice document) and print it out.
• Complete all the required sections of the form, such as personal information, postal address and marks obtained in the qualifying exam, by hand.
• Attach a current Color Photo on the Application Form in the designated box of a recent passport size photo.
• For Graduate/Technician positions you will register via the government portals using NATS and for Trade positions, you will register via the government portals using NAPS.
• Carry self-attested copies of your Aadhaar card, PAN card, 10th standard and final qualification certificate and caste certificate.
• Get an Original Local Police Verification cum Character Certificate to attach to the application form.
