• Admission will be on a purely merit basis on the basis of marks secured in 10+2 (for Sangini) and 10th (for Sahayika) for Government Jobs in Jammu & Kashmir
• The authority will give weightage to marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
• The selection committee will prepare the merit list based only on merit.
• The department will grant an additional 2% weightage to candidates from families of retiring AWW/AWH.
• In case of a tie in merit, the committee will give preference to the older candidate.

• HR Policy Acknowledgment: Deponent has read the HR policy no. 222-JK(SWD) dated 30th/11/2022 and is familiar with all its salient features and shall be applicable to him in the event of his selection as Anganwadi worker/Anganwadi Helper.
