- Primary Responsibilities: Provide complete nursing care to admitted patients from all departments including general wards, ICU, emergency wards and special clinics.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Monitor and document the vital parameters of the patients, provide prescribed medicines, manage IV therapy and assist doctors in diagnostics and treatment of patients.
- Patient Documentation: Maintain nursing records, patient charts and electronic health records as per hospital policies.
