Online Application Process for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2026

  • Visit the official website at www.ssc.gov.in
  • Fill up the mandatory One-Time Registration (OTR) form on the new SSC website.
  • Login through the mandatory registration details.
  • Check the Notice of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2026.
  • Follow all the instructions properly.
  • After that, find the Application Form in the notification.
  • Fill up the mandatory personal, academic and other information.
  • Upload/make mandatory photograph and signature according to the prescribed standards.
  • Choose three mandatory examination centers in preferred order from the same region.
  • Make payment of the mandatory application fee.
  • Check all the mandatory information filled up carefully before submission.

Important Instructions

  • Correction Window: October 14, 2026 to October 16, 2026, up to 11:00 PM.
  • First Correction Fee: Rs. 200/-.
  • Second Correction Fee: Rs. 500/-.
  • Preference of Posts: Candidates need to give preference of posts with care because once given the preference will be final and irreparable.
  • Final Allocation: Merit cum Preference will be the basis of selection and allocation.
  • Examination Centres: Three Examination Centres in the order of preference will have to be selected by the candidate.
  • Changing of Centre: Changing of Exam centre once selected will not be accepted.
  • Probation: Selected candidates will have to undergo two-year probation period with Training and Examinations.
  • Liability for Service: Selected candidates may have to render service in any part of India as per service conditions.
