• Tenure of faculty or Senior Resident: One year initially, renewable up to three years or until regular faculty members join.
• Junior Resident Tenure: One year only
• Notice Period: Either party may terminate the engagement by giving one month’s notice. Candidates who resign without serving the notice period must deposit one month’s salary through a challan.
• Benefits Not Admissible: PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, seniority and promotion
• Attendance Rule: Faculty are required to sign attendance manually and in AEBAS and after 7 days of absence without permission, the engagement will be terminated.
• Private Practice: Not allowed for faculty, Senior Residents and Junior Residents
• Reserved Posts: If there is no eligible reserved candidate for a particular job, then the authorities may appoint someone from another category to that post on a contractual basis for a period of 44 days.
