• Applications must be submitted online only at www.kgmu.org.
• New users must register with name, post applied for, date of birth, email ID and mobile number; login credentials will be sent via email and SMS.
• Selection of the desired post during registration is mandatory; applications without this will be rejected.
• After login, candidates must complete the application form with accurate details and upload all necessary documents.
• Application fee must be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
• After payment, candidates will receive a confirmation message, photo preview and Application Sequence Number.
• The form can be reviewed and edited before submission; no changes are allowed after final submission.
• No hard copy needs to be sent by post; however, candidates should keep a printout for reference.
• Last date to pay the application fee is May 25, 2025; final form submission deadline is May 30, 2025.
• Exam centers will be allocated by KGMU; incomplete applications or those without fee payment will be rejected.
