Age Limitations (as of May 01, 2026)
- Maximum Age limit: Not exceeding 27 years.
- SC/ST Category Relaxation: 5 years relaxation in upper age limit.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years.

Salary Details & Benefits
- Initial Stipend: Rs. 15,000/- fixed per month during the training period.

- Extra benefits: Full of PF contribution, reimbursement of medical insurance up to Rs. 10,000/- year, plus three-tier AC rail fare (TA/DA) for official tours.

Candidate should have graduation degree with 60% (55% for SC/ST candidates) aggregate from recognized university or institution to be eligible for AAICLAS Recruitment 2026. Candidate should know to speak and understand English & Hindi, have normal vision and should not be above 27 years as on May 01, 2026.
A stipend of Rs. 15,000/- will be paid for the first two years of training. On successfully completing all the certification tests, the candidate will be recruited as an employee in AAICLAS Recruitment 2026 will be paid Rs. 30,000/- in the first year, which will be hiked to Rs. 34,000/- in the third year along with benefits like PF and health insurance.
This will be a Fixed Term Engagement Contract for three years from the date of joining upon completion of the training and all the required certification exams. It can further be extended, depending upon the organization needs and the performance of the candidate.
