Salary Details & Benefits
- Salary: Basic Salary of CPC Level-1 + DA according to rules.
- Annual Increase: 3% increment according to satisfactory performance.

The selection criteria for the GSF Recruitment 2026 would depend heavily on the NCTVT/NCVT Trade Marks of the candidates and their trade/practical test scores.
- Shortlisting of Candidates: Candidates can be shortlisted for the trade test based on NCTVT/NCVT examination marks.

Duties and Responsibilities
The candidates selected through the contractual mode will serve at Gun and Shell Factory, Kashipur as per the requirement of the concerned unit.
- Electrical Fitter: Electrical fitter related works, its maintenance and all other technical jobs will be the scope of your work.
- Mechanical Fitter: Mechanical fitter work and all allied maintenance tasks you will be performing.
- Machinist: Do the required machining jobs for the production purpose.
- Turner: Carry out the turning and other machine jobs related to it.
- Electroplater: Electroplating and other types of surface treatment jobs you can be doing by following the electroplater standards.
- Heat Treatment Operator: You will be doing forge and heat treatment work as directed.
