Assessment Stages for BEL Probationary Engineer Recruitment 2026

• BEL will shortlist the applicants on a provisional basis. They will have to fill their application form online for the Computer Based Test.
• This will have time limit of 120 minutes and there will be 125 questions in total, including 100 technical questions and 25 questions of general aptitude and reasoning skills, having one mark each.
• Marks deduction will be done by one-fourth for each wrong answer, while no marks for un-attempted question.
• The language of the test paper will be English and Hindi.
• The selection of the candidates will be done in the ratio of 1 to 5 for the interview, category-wise.
