Selection Process
- Primary filtering of applications based on suitability and thoroughness.
- Merit-based shortlisting of the candidates in 1:10 ratio (merit marks = qualification + experience + BCAS certification + Chhattisgarh nativity -maximum 50 marks).
- Weightage of personal interview conduct 5 marks.
- Hindi typing and shorthand (only in the case of Assistant Grade-III) skill test.
- Final merit list, document verification, medical fitness and appointment letter are issued.
