High court of judicature at Bombay (Principal seat at Bombay, Bench at Nagpur and Aurangabad) has opened up to various vacancies such as Clerk, stenographer (higher grade), stenographer (lower grade), driver and peon/hamal/farash for which they are offering excellent opportunities as Judiciary Jobs in India. Graduates who are domiciled in Maharashtra will be invited to apply online before January 5, 2026. Selection can also include screening / written tests, skill tests (shorthand/typing /driving), viva-voce/interview (depending on applicant), document verification and medical examination. The successful candidates are to be recruited at the Principal Seat in Bombay or Nagpur/Aurangabad Bench.

Selection Process
- Applicants will pass through a Screening/Written Test (objective type, on topics related to the post)
- Skill Test (Typing/Shorthand/Driving as per the post) will be done by qualified candidates.
- Viva-voce/Interview shall be conducted on shortlisted candidates.
- Verification of documents shall be carried out among the successful candidates who have passed the earlier stages.
- The end selection shall be on Medical Examination and Police Check.

Role selection is dependent on role. Clerks are tested by having a screening test, typing test and viva-voce. Stenographers are subject to shorthand and typing examinations after which they are subjected to viva-voce. The stages are supposed to determine speed, accuracy, knowledge and fit in the job.
This will be 18 or 21 years of age depending on the position. The upper age limit is 38 and 43 years respectively in case of general and reserved categories. The upper age limit is not applicable to employees of the High Court or Government who apply using the correct channels.
