Bulandshahr District Court Retired Employees Re-Employment 2025 – Apply Now for 19 Posts
The District Court of Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, has issued an advertisement for re-employment of retired employees of the district judiciary. As per the order dated, October 29, 2025, by the Hon’ble District Judge, Bulandshahr and the approved report of the committee dated November 11, 2025, applications are invited from eligible retired employees for temporary re-engagement on vacant posts. Eligible candidates must be less than 65 years of age, whose past service record and annual confidential reports will be the basis for selection. The re-engagement is for one term only or until someone gets promoted/directly recruited for the vacancy or until the selected candidate reaches the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. These are new Judiciary Jobs in India, giving retired employees a chance to work for the benefit of the judicial system.

Selection Process
- Selection procedure through consideration of only past service records, annual confidential reports and eligibility criteria by the selection committee.
- All eligible applicants, retired employees and those contracted through the GEM portal, have to appear for a qualifying written/practical examination, which is mandatory.
- Shortlisted candidates are called for personal interviews and evaluated on merit, experience and performance in court duties.
- Successful candidates are subjected to verification of documents, police verification of character and medical examination of fitness.
- The final merit list and appointment orders shall be issued by the sole authority, Hon’ble District Judge, Bulandshahr.

- Visit the Administrative Office, District Court, Bulandshahr, during working hours to obtain the prescribed application form.
- Fill the application form completely with details such as name, address, date of birth, retirement date, past service records and attach self-attested copies of relevant documents (retirement order, ID proof, fitness certificate etc.).
- Submit the duly filled application in person or by post to the Administrative Office, Janpad Nyayalaya, Bulandshahr, by November 21, 2025, 4:30 PM.
- Shortlisted candidates (after exam if applicable) will be called for interview based on merit.
- Await selection; final decision by Hon’ble District Judge, Bulandshahr.
