Recruitment Procedure for CMHO Mungeli Recruitment 2026
- Screening: Screening will be done to make provisional eligible lists available on the website for public grievances.
- Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted for their verification/skill test in ratios 1:10, 1:5 and 1:3 on the basis of merit.
- Skill Test: Skill test of 20 marks is carried out (minimum 30 percent or 6 marks required). There are no interviews for these Government jobs in Chhattisgarh.
- Experience Marks: Up to 10 marks are provided for experience in the general public sector (2 marks per year) or in NHM roles (3 marks per year) along with 10 bonus marks for COVID-19.
- Merit Calculation: Merit is calculated by considering their academic percentage (65 percent or 90 percent) and skill tests except in Posts 5, 6 and 19.

The interested candidate is required to fill an online application through the application gateway provided at mungelinhms.indicompute.com. From June 02, 2026 to June 20, 2026, the online forms will be accepted. In the online forms, the candidate has to submit simple details such as name, address and then pay fees via UPI after which he is supposed to upload required documents.
The education qualifications of different designations may vary. For instance, candidates with the qualification of B.Sc. Nursing or GNM having registration from Chhattisgarh Nursing Council are qualified to apply for the designation of staff nurse. Other qualifications like data assistant or class 4th include a pass in 12th/10th with a computer diploma.
A selection process has been set up by the department to select worthy individuals beginning with a verification of all original documents. The shortlisted individuals on the basis of merit will appear for the skill test where they will have to score 20 marks. The final merit list will then be declared after adding the percentage of qualifications and experience.
