The Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Energy, has announced the CSERC Member & Member (Law) Recruitment 2025 for the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission. Applications are invited from eligible and experienced candidates for 02 posts – 01 Member and 01 Member (Law). Interested applicants must ensure they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying. The last date to submit applications is 5th May 2025. Selection will be based on eligibility under Section 84 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Candidates can send their applications via speed post or email.

Eligibility Criteria

Member	Person of ability, integrity and standing with knowledge and capacity in engineering, finance, commerce, economics, law or management. Must not hold any other office.
Member (Law)	Same as above AND must be a current/former High Court/District Judge or eligible for such appointment.
