Selection Procedure for DMHO Jogulamba Gadwal Recruitment 2026
- The District Selection Committee checks the applications, which are received within the given time.
- In the case of MLHP, CHO, MO Palle Dawakhana, Physician, Physiotherapist, Paediatrician, OBG Specialist and AYUSH posts, the selection process is based on merit in the aptitude test.
- 80% weightage goes to the written examination and 20% weightage goes to experience for Lab Technician, Staff Nurse, ANM, Pharmacist and STLS posts.
- When calculating experience, preference is given to government experience over private experience.
- Candidates who qualify for MLHP/CHO posts will be awarded 90 marks based on the result of the qualifying examination and up to 10 marks for age (0.5 marks will be given for each year of age after 18).
- The merit list will be displayed on the district website and the reservations will be as per the Government of Telangana rules with 33 1/3 per cent for women. The selected candidates will be deployed to various district health centres as part of the Government Jobs in Telangana.
- Candidates are required to report to the set up headquarters and positions are not transferable.

Marks Weightage and Service Rules Explained
- For Doctor and Allied Posts: 90 marks will be awarded for the qualifying examination and 10 marks for age.
- Age Marks: 0.5 mark for each completed year after 18 with a maximum of 10 marks awarded as from 1st July 2026.
- Nurse, Lab Technician, ANM and Pharmacist Posts: 20% weightage for experience and 80% for exam. Government experience will be preferred.
