Shortlisting Procedure for HCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026
- The applicants will have to apply for their registration on the Apprenticeship portal by applying through the HCL website.
- HCL will select the applicants solely on merit basis without having any written test or interview.
- In respect of ITI trades, the weightage of Class 10 marks is 70%, while ITI trade marks are 30%.
- In the case of Mate Mines and Shotfirer/Blaster, 100 percent of the weightage is in favor of marks in 10th board examination.

- HCL will release the list of selected candidates on December 8, 2026, for apprenticeship engagements under Government Jobs in Madhya Pradesh.
