Remuneration Details
- Stipend During Training: Rs. 56,100/- per month (during the final year of training).
- Monthly Pay (Level 10): Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/- (Lieutenant).
- Military Service Pay (MSP): Rs. 15,500/- per month fixed.
- Allowance includes: Dearness Allowance, Kit Maintenance Allowance and High Altitude Allowance (if applicable).

- Shortlisting: Candidates are primarily selected through a shortlisting process determined by a fixed JEE Mains rank cutoff and 10+2 PCM scores for the Join Indian Army TES Recruitment 2026.
