• Security Responsibilities: Safeguard Bank property against theft, unauthorized removal or unauthorized access to the premises.
• Fire Safety: Maintenance and operation of Fire alarm systems and Fire fighting equipment.

• Other Duties: Carrying out other subordinate cadre duties as directed by the management

Selection Procedure for IOB Security Guard Recruitment 2026

• Dates of Online Objective Test would be decided by the Bank and call letters will be issued.
• Candidates qualifying in Online Objective Test with minimum qualifying marks shall appear for the Tamil Local Language Test.
• Candidates qualifying in the Local Language Test will appear for the Physical Fitness Test which comprises pushups, sit-ups, running and drill.
