Selection Process
- Submit prescribed form with service details, NOC, vigilance clearance, and Rs. 100/- stamp paper undertaking by 10th October 2025 through Speed Post/Registered Post or in person to Director, Urban Local Bodies Directorate, Lucknow.
- Confirm permanent UP government service, prescribed qualifications (Graduate/Postgraduate, ‘O’ level for Municipal Council), 5 years of administrative experience, upper age 55 (as on 01-07-2025), no disciplinary problems.
- Shortlist deserving candidates on documents; leave out Urban Development Department officials and previous deputationists.
- Evaluate service history and administrative experience for recruitment; no test/interview mentioned.
- Fix tenure of appointment for 3 years with annual assessments; remove on poor performance, irregularities, UPPSC recruitments, or fake documents.
