Posted on: July 1, 2025The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has announced the PoEEB Recruitment 2025 through the 20th Meeting of the Protectorate of Emigrants Establishment Board to fill 14 posts across various PoE offices in India. Interested and eligible officers from Central and State Government departments can apply on a deputation basis by 14th July 2025. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria, including pay level, service experience and vigilance clearance. Selection will be done as per deputation rules under the Emigration Act, 1983.

- Fill in the application form with accurate and complete details.
- Obtain Vigilance Clearance from the competent authority.
- Obtain Cadre Clearance from the parent department.
- Attach certified copies of the last five years’ APARs.
- Include details of any disciplinary action taken, if applicable.
- Email the scanned application form along with all required documents to uspf@mea.gov.in and aopg@mea.gov.in.
- Send the hard copy of the complete application by Speed Post or Registered Post to:
