The Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has issued an announcement for the SAT Judicial Member Recruitment 2025 for the position of Judicial Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) in Mumbai. Applications will be accepted from eligible persons, including retired High Court Judges and advocates with at least 10 years of experience in litigation in the financial sector. Educational Qualification

Must be or have been a High Court Judge OR an Advocate with 10 years of substantial experience in litigation related to the financial sector before SEBI, SAT, High Court or Supreme Court. Experience: 10 years as an Advocate in financial sector-related litigation OR Judicial experience as High Court Judge. Other requirements: Should not hold financial interests prejudicial to the post.  Medical fitness certificate from a government authority is required.
