Age Limitations
- Limitation on enrolment: The criteria of eligibility shall be dynamically assessed against the mandate of the person being enrolled within 5 years after their retirement from active service.
- Maximum Age Limit for other ranks: Individuals in other ranks who are enrolled shall serve up to the maximum age limit of 50 years.
- Maximum Age Limit for JCOs: The maximum age limit for JCOs and equivalent category of personnel shall be 55 years.

Remuneration Details
- Payment Method: There is no provision of regular payment of any kind of salary on a monthly basis under this service.
- Embodied Salary Payment: Financial remuneration to selected staff is provided only for the duration of time that they are embodied.
- Clause for Extending the Service Term: The original term of service provided herein is for 2 years, extendable further to 1 year each as per performance criteria.
- Clause for No Provision of Pension or Other Benefits: As per Ministry of Defence rules, the service provided in this particular ecological area shall be considered only as rehabilitation and shall have no bearing whatsoever upon the accumulation of additional pension or other benefits.
